Notion is a busy mum’s dream. I am beyond obsessed with Notion, it took me a good few weeks to get my head around it but now honestly, I could NOT live without it.

While it’s important to have goals and a destination in mind, don’t forget to appreciate the journey. Celebrate your small wins along the way and remember that every step, no matter how small, is progress towards your goal.

Having a destination is motivating and positive, but realising that the real beauty and progress happens within the day to day grind is so key.

Finding joy in the small moments is going to keep you positive and moving forwards.
